If a settled round has not added points within fifteen minutes, send the round reference from your account history and we will correct the board the same day.

Position Disputes

When two accounts sit on the same total, we compare the timestamps on qualifying rounds and apply the tie rule printed on the board footer.

Past Cycle Lookup

Finished cycles stay readable on your account for twelve months. If you need an older week, ask support and we will pull it from storage.

Published Weightings

Every room shows its points value up front, and those values hold until the cycle closes. Nothing is recalculated mid-week.

Server Side Scoring

Points are read from studio servers the moment a round settles, with no manual entry and no waiting for a report to be filed.

One Clock

Cycles run on Pakistan Standard Time and the countdown matches that clock. If you are abroad, we show your local equivalent.

Named Studios

Rounds from Pragmatic Play, Evolution and our own tables carry separate weightings, and each room states the studio behind it.

Collusion Checks

Accounts that shift points between rooms are flagged automatically. On a repeated pattern the cycle is zeroed and the account leaves the rankings.

Correction Log

Any adjustment to your score is dated and written to a log on your account, open from the ranking tab whenever you want to check it.
